Decided you don’t like it?
While we hope that any goods you purchase from us make you as proud as a peacock, we know that sometimes something that seemed so right at the time can just be all wrong later! If this happens to you, fear not! You can return it to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you intend to return your order.
You then have a further 21 days to return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. Once we have received your goods we will issue a full refund against your original order to cover your purchase price and also initial postage for that item, but as part of our efforts to keep our prices as low as possible, we will ask you to pick up the tab for the return postage.
Something I received was faulty!
We pride ourselves on selecting only the best products to send to you but sometimes things can escape our attention especially when it comes to items that already sealed or are handmade / hand finished. Should this happen; you can be assured that we will make every effort to replace or refund your purchase as soon as possible.
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty please notify us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then make arrangements with you to return the item to us for a full refund or replacement but please note that refunds will not be given if the fault is as a result of misuse and we accept no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect use of any of the products we sell. Please also note that you are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us in a suitable condition and we cannot be held accountable for returns that are lost in during the returning process.
